Terms of service

Software service

MainPay provides invoicing, public-blockchain monitoring, reconciliation, notification, and export software. It does not custody, transmit, exchange, convert, refund, or guarantee funds. A blockchain transfer is made directly between payer and merchant-controlled addresses.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use only addresses you are authorized to monitor, and promptly report suspected compromise. You may not use MainPay to violate law, sanctions, third-party rights, or network/provider rules.

Merchant responsibility

Merchants are responsible for wallet ownership, payment instructions, customer relationships, refunds, taxes, record verification, regulatory obligations, and deciding whether to accept a payment. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible.

Availability and records

RPC providers, blockchains, email systems, and internet services can delay or fail. MainPay records are operational aids and must be checked against merchant wallets and authoritative records. We may suspend a rail or account to protect the service.

No professional advice

MainPay does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, sanctions, or compliance advice.
