Data we process

MainPay processes merchant account and contact details, customer and invoice details entered by merchants, public wallet addresses, public blockchain transactions, authentication and audit records, delivery status, IP addresses, and operational logs.

How we use data

We use this information to authenticate users, provide invoices, monitor designated addresses, reconcile payments, deliver email and webhook notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, and provide support.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for network and application delivery, blockchain RPC providers for public-chain data, Resend for transactional email, and infrastructure providers used to host the API and database. Providers receive only the data needed to perform their function.

Retention and choices

Financial and audit records may be retained while an account is active and afterward where reasonably needed for security, disputes, legal obligations, and backups. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained.

Financial boundaries

MainPay does not request private keys or seed phrases and does not custody funds. Public blockchain records remain public independently of MainPay.
